Mary Ann Hornack, age 75, of Toledo, passed away February 18, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. Mary Ann was born June 12, 1940 in Toledo to Duane and Lillian (Stagner) Borucki. She was a self-employed hairdresser and was a minister with the Chapel of Light in Toledo, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Mary Ann was also preceded in death by her sisters, Norma Campbell and Betty Wordward, and brother in law, John Hornack. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Hornack, sisters-in law, Helen Hornack, Alice Russell, and Nancy Hornack, and several nieces and nephews.
Per Mary Ann's wishes, services will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to Toledo Humane Society in Mary Ann's memory.
