Martha Ann Collier

Genuine and kind, Martha "Marty" A. (Jacobs) Collier touched the life of countless individuals with her generous service to others, devotion to family, and loyal friendships. She went to live with the Lord on April 26, 2023.

She was born August 7, 1934 to Alfred and Jean (Hill) Jacobs. A graduated of Whitney Vocational High School and the University of Toledo, College of Social Service Technology. She was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She worked for Job and Family Services for 27 years. Where in 1992, she was voted for "Exemplary Service". She was a wonderful grandmother to her grandchildren and her foster grandchildren whom she dearly loved. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Steven, daughter, Laura and the love of her life, Richard Harold. She is survived by her daughters Jennifer (the late Dan) Primavera, Charlotte (Vernon) Cornett, sons, Jim (Jeannie) Harold, David Harold. Granddaughter, Nicole Collier, Carly Primavera, Elizabeth Primavera, Hunter Primavera, and Katie (Alec) Thieda. Great granddaughter, Danielle Bella Collier. Brothers, John (Lucy) Jacobs and Robert (Mark) Jacobs. Nephew, Doug Jacobs. Martha was known as everyone's "Gigi", she nurtured and loved many throughout her life and continues to leave an impression on them with her never ending love.

"I shall pass through this world but once. Any good thing therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show any human being, let me do it now, but let me not defer or neglect it; for I shall not pass this way again" – Stephen Grellet.
