Marlene A. Yerg, age 75, of Toledo, passed away June 22, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. Marlene was born July 27, 1942 in Toledo to Thomas and Helen (Boyd) Glynn. She loved her family and would do anything for her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Joseph A. Yerg, children, Jacqueline (Timothy) Gedert, Jody (Rick) Engelhardt, Julie (James) Twigg, grandchildren, Kirsten Gedert, Dallas Gedert, Richard Engelhardt, Alexander Engelhardt and Kaylin Twigg, great-grandchild, Ashton Zalecki, siblings, Paul (Nancy) Glynn, Rita Brewer, Michael (Beverly) Glynn, Patrick (Marylou) Glynn, Ed (Kit) Glynn, Fred (Chrissy) Glynn, Catherine Hoag, Steven (Joe) Glynn, Cheryl Glynn and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Janet Yerg and her siblings, Thomas Glynn, William Glynn, Elizabeth Postlewait and Judith Shepherd.
The family will receive guests Monday June 25, 2018, from 3 - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer - West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Road (419-392-9500). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 10:00 am. at the funeral home followed by burial at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Richfield Center.
