Marlene K. Worth
March 17, 1943 — January 18, 2015
Marlene left for a better place on January 18, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. Marlene was born March 17, 1943 to the late George and Evelyn Moore in Toledo.
She is survived by Dale her loving husband of fifty years; sons, Dale Jr. (Lisa), Darren (Jenny); grandson, Owen; brother, Melvin (Sandy) Moore. Marlene's family always meant the most to her. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Marlene will be forever and greatly missed. She worked for many years at GTE and several years at Sam's Club.
The family thanks all of her wonderful friends for all of their help and the many medical professionals that have helped us have this extra time with Marlene.
Memorial donations may be made to: The American Cancer Society, Hospice of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice.
The family will receive guests from 2-5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900).
