Marleen Milligan

Marleen Milligan, age 60, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 21, 2021 at home. She was born on October 12, 1960 to Marvin and Eileen (Kesler) Smith in Toledo, OH. Marleen worked in food service for many years throughout her career. She enjoyed movies, especially love stories and the TV sitcom Friends. Marleen loved her grand dogs, Ella and Rocky. She liked spending time with her family and grandchildren. Marleen's smile, spirit and caring nature will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish Marleen's memory are her sons, Timothy (Katrina) Milligan and Joshua (Christine) Starkey; step-children, Thomas, David (Jenifer), Kimberly and Patricia; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Scott Smith, Kathy (Steven) Ziegler and Clinton (Camille) Smith; several step-siblings; step-mom, Lois Smith; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Monday, June 28, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Funeral Services beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
