Mark W. "Joker" Urbanski, age 47, of Toledo, passed away November 25, 2018 at University of Toledo Medical Center. Mark was born March 9, 1971 in Toledo to James and Brenda (Martin) Urbanski. He was employed with the Scott's Commercial Trucking. Mark was a member of 419 Steel Strong, 419 Glass City Hustlers and Wolf Pack.
He is survived by his children, Chelsea A. Urbanski, Cody M. Urbanski, Christopher J. Urbanski, mother, Brenda L. Eitniear, father, James A. Urbanski and sister, Nicole L. Urbanski, .
The family will receive guests Monday, December 3, 2018 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Monday at 6:00 pm. at the funeral home.
