Marjorie J. Waterfield, age 82, passed away on December 27, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on January 29, 1936 to the late Bess and Dwight Featheringill in Toledo, Ohio.
Marge was a freelance writer and enjoyed genealogy research. Writing and lecturing on genealogy and history became her life's work.
Marge was married to her high school sweetheart, James, who preceded her in death. She never really recovered from the loss of him in 1999 and will now be united with him forever. Left to cherish her memory are her children, David (Naomi), Jane (Robert) Althauser, Jeffery (Sue) and Jennifer Uretz; sister, Patricia (Jim) McCarty; 9 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Private family services will be held.
The family requests memorials be made to: The Ohio Genealogical Society.
