Marjorie Mccrum

Marjorie Carol (Hjerpe) McCrum, age 80, of Sylvania, passed away peacefully, Friday, January 5, 2007 at the Flower Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 25, 1926 to Harold and Mildred Hjerpe in Galesburg, Illinois. Marjorie was a graduate of Lakewood Colorado High School where she met Harry L. McCrum. She then married Harry L. McCrum at The Greenbrier, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia on November 7, 1945.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Danny Lee McCrum, Jr. Marjorie is survived by her loving husband of 61 years: Harry L. McCrum; Mother of: Robert Allen, Michael (Betty), and Dan Lee (Debbie) McCrum; Loving Grandmother to: David (Crystal), Brian (Christie), Jeff (Mary), Dawn Pfotenhauer, Linda Michalak, Michelle McCrum, Michael Corser, Jr., Holly and Scott McCrum; Great-Grandmother "Old Nanna" to: Kaylie, Taylor Pfotenhauer, Gracie, Josh, Leslie, K.T., Dominic, Ashley, D.J., Richard, Jonny, Crystal McCrum and Christopher Reed; and many others too numerous to mention.

Marjorie's personal request was to be cremated. A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date. She will be sadly missed, but happily remembered for her total love and support she gave to all her family.
