On Monday, March 29, 2004, God took Aunt Marian to be with Him and the family she has missed so much. She was born November 23, 1912 in Toledo to Joseph and Anna David. She worked for Toledo Public Schools for many, many years, all of them as Head Secretary at Scott High School.
She is survived by a large family including a niece, Florence Gregory; great nieces, Elizabeth A. (John L.) Werder and Norma J. (Dennis) Mock; great great-nephew, John Michael Werder; great great-nieces, Sarah Anne Werder and Christine Marie Hopkins; and great great-great-nieces Megan and Brittany Werder.
The family wishes to thank Dr. David Reames and Dr. Roger True; the eighth floor staff of Flower Hospital; and everyone at Swan Creek Rehabilitation Center for their care and compassion for Aunt Marian during her final days. She was a wonderful lady who will be truly missed by many.
Graveside services will be conducted Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at Forest Cemetery, Toledo. The family asks that tributes be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Arrangements by Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419- 473-0300).
