Margie A. Fall

January 19, 1931 — April 13, 2023

Margie A Fall (Glanzman), age 92, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2023 surrounded by her two daughters, Sandy and Shari.

In 1949, she married John E. Fall and together they shared 51 years of marriage until his passing in 2000.

She was a lifelong parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

She was raised on a farm on Cass Road where eventually Laurel Hills was located. At a very young age she landed her first job at Tiedtke's department store. Later on she spent a great deal of time helping her girls at their businesses. In the spring, it was a greenhouse and in the summer it was a produce market. She loved interacting with all the customers.

Her greatest joy was her four wonderful grandchildren and great - grandchildren. She never missed any of their important milestones or accomplishments. Equally proud of each and every one! If it was your birthday, you could expect a call from her singing "Happy Birthday" Whether it was Christmas plays, sporting events, First Communions or graduations, she was there!

She was an expert Banana cream pie, pumpkin pie, and snickerdoodle maker. She passed on her famous recipes to her oldest granddaughter, Heather, who took over the tradition.

Marge touched so many lives in her 92 years. She kept her wits right up to the end! We are thankful. And she did it her way.

Dr. Phil and Mr. Wonderful lost one of their biggest fans!

Those who have gone before her are her husband, John, her parents, Earl and Alice Glanzman, her stepmom, Gertrude, her son-in-law, Joe Spoerke, and her great grandbaby, Patrick Gabriel Keleghan. Her siblings, Marilyn, Leslie, Louis, Harold, Robert, Katherine and Irene and lastly, her furbaby, Annie.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Sandy Spoerke, and Shari (Larry) Ohlman. Grandchildren, Heather (Jon) Beals, Lawrence J. Ohlman III, Karrie (Rob) Keleghan and Lindsey (Jim) Schoen.
Great-grandchildren, Luke and Mia Beals, Kieran, Noelle, and Sean Patrick Keleghan and Leo James Schoen - and a host of many SPECIAL nieces and nephews. (you know who you are!)
