Margaret N. (Sanchez) Dillard

Margaret N. "Margie" (Sanchez) Dillard, age 63, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital with loving family by her side. She was born on October 17, 1958 to Arturo and Frances (Najera) Sanchez in Glendale, AZ. Margie graduated in 1976 from Blissfield High School in MI. She was a hard worker and enjoyed taking care of her family. Margie loved animals of all kinds. She liked gardening, cooking and shopping. But most important to Margie was her family. She loved nothing more than spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandson. Margie's smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sylvia Trevino. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 41 years, Willie Dillard; daughter, Jessica Sanchez; adoring grandson, Zeh'Mylahnn Sanchez; mother, Frances Sanchez; siblings, Teresa George, Guadalupe Jennings, Patricia Sanchez, Arturo Jr. Sanchez, Remigio (Mashcel) Sanchez and Angelita Sanchez; 17 nieces and nephews and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews and many dear friends.

Visitation for Margie will be Private at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, Toledo (419-473-0300).
