Margaret "Peggy" Roberts
Margaret "Peggy" Roberts was born on July 7, 1950 to Kenneth A. and Dorothy M. (Roudebush) Curtis and was raised by Kenneth E. and Dorothy M. (Roudebush) Cunningham. Peggy passed away peacefully on August 3, 2007. She attended St. Charles Grade School, Bowsher High School and received an Associates Degree from Owens Community College. Peggy was employed at Owens Corning as a Data Entry Clerk and later worked for Truck Stops of America. She was also a member of the Roman Catholic Church, American Business Women's Association and a Girl Scout Leader.
She is survived by her two daughters: Margaret Elizabeth Roberts and Mary Ethel Roberts; granddaughter: Jordan Marie Burnat; step-daughter: Michelle (Chris) Thrailkill; step-grandchildren: Montana and Christopher; brothers: Daniel (Wanda) Cunningham and The Reverend Nicholas J. Cunningham; sisters: Patricia (Sonny) Codner and Sue (Bill) Reeder; special sister-in-law: Maxie Roberts; 3 nieces; 5 nephews; and many dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Monday, August 6, 2007 at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) from 2 – 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at St. Charles Church at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Nicholas J. Cunningham. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers those wishing to make monetary donations are asked to consider the family.
