Margaret M. Dunahoo

Margaret M. "Marge" Dunahoo, age 60, of Round Rock, Texas, formerly of Toledo, passed away Monday, August 12, 2013 at Seton Medical Center. She was born on January 2, 1953 to Albert and Jane (Torres) Cortez in Toledo. Marge was employed for many years at Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral and the Ursuline Center. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, collecting and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Cortez, Sr. and siblings, Albert Cortez, Jr. and Ruth Bergman. Marge is survived by her husband, Andrew Medellin; mother, Jane T. Cortez; children, Salena (James Sr.), Lenesa (Ron Jr.), Nichole Dunahoo and Andrew Medellin, II; 6 siblings; 6 grandchildren, Dillan, James Jr., Deion, Darion, Andrew and Jason; and a host of family and friends.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, August 18, 2013 from 2 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral, 2535 Collingwood Blvd., Toledo 43610.
