Margaret E. "Peggy" Hogan, age 76, of Toledo, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 12, 2013 in her home. She was born on April 3, 1937 to Vearl and Ruth (Harwalt) Jones in Toledo. Peggy was an avid bingo player. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Peggy is survived by her loving children, Richard (Cindy) Hogan, David (Felicia) Hogan, Kathy Taber and William (Barbara) Hogan; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ray (Judy) Jones, Tom (Judy) Jones, Charles (Mauana) Jones and Debbie (David) Szymanski; son-in-law, Ron Rife; and many other relatives and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughters, Angie and Amber Hogan; sister, Nancy Blazey; brother, Richard Jones; former spouse, Edwin R. Hogan; and significant other, Cecil Lineberry.
There will be no visitation or services for Peggy per her request. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The Newcomer Funeral Home, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Sherri at the Oblates Residence and Mia with Senior Helpers for all of the love and care given to Peggy and her family through this difficult time.
