Mae E. Chamberlin, age 95 of Toledo passed away Saturday, October 2nd, 2004 in Heartland holly Glen Nursing home. She was born March 3, 1909 to William and Lena (Start) Rouillier in Tawas City, Michigan. Mae was employed with the former Prestolite Company for over 30 years. She was a member of the F.O.E. Auxillary #197 and also received the Business Woman of the Year Certificate in 1962.
In addition to her parents, Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Chamberlin, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her loving son, Dale Chamberlin; grandchildren, Brigitte Collins; Phillip Simmons and Sandi Simmons. Mae is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
The family will receive guests Friday at 6:00 p.m. in the Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 4150 W Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). A Memorial Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Jerry S. Craig.
