Lucille (Luci) Jane Lewis passed away peacefully July 15, 2022 at Ebeid Hospice surrounded by her loving family. She will be remembered for always putting "family first" against all life issues.
Lucille was born January 27, 1933 to Ernest and Violet Park. She was blessed with a beautiful voice and loved to sing. Among her favorite past times were bird watching, crocheting, knitting, "weed pulling" and she loved trees.
Her sense of humor could be modeled after the "I Love Lucy" show. Not really sure who copied who?
She worked for General Motors for 23 years, retiring in 1995. She was also a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.
Lucille is survived by her daughters, Karen (Rich) Pilatowski, Dodie Smith and Linda (Larry) Carroll; son, Mark Lewis; grandchildren, Angela Hines, Kristi (Kate) Hines, Amanda Quick (Jason), Megan (Josh) McCrum, Tiffany Lewis (Jerry), Kyle Lewis, Shaun (Joli) Lewis and Jared (Sofya) Lewis; great-grandchildren, Emily, Kyla, Lucy, Phoebe, Andie, Mila, Jerry James, Rush, Zoe and Rylan; great great granddaughter, Freya Ann; brothers, Ernest (Mary) Park, and Doug (Margo) Park; all whom she loved dearly.
In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her sons, Gregg and Barton Lewis and sister, Doris Berry.
The family will receive guests Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer - West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Road (419-392-9500). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
