Louise L. Hebert, age 85, of Toledo, passed away peacefully, Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Foundation Park Alzheimer's Care Center. She was born on November 2, 1927 to Clifford and Ruth (Gasche) Northrup in Toledo. Louise was the manager at Bassett Nut Company for 20 years before retiring. She was a longtime member of Rosewood Presbyterian Church, now known as Fairgreen Presbyterian Church. Louise enjoyed arts and crafts and garage sales. She loved spending time with all her grandchildren and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy Ruth Armstrong; twin sons; and brothers, Joe and John Northrup; and sisters, Helen Tussing, Evelyn Kinner and Doris Redway. Louise is survived by her loving children, Larry Armstrong, Lynn Wynar, Lee (Lynne) Armstrong and Lori (Greg) Baker; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, including twin boys and one great-great-granddaughter all born this year; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Friday from 4 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
