Lorene S. O'Connor

Beloved Lorene Sue O'Connor Blanchong, passed away May 31, 2024 after a very long battle with cancer. She was born September 17, 1965 in Toledo to Richard and Delores O’Connor.
She is survived by her husband, Don Blanchong; two daughters, Sara O’Connor and Christina (Zachary) Cranker; three grandchildren, Zachary, Kylee and Kaylei; mother, Sheryle Gueli; brothers, Richard (Susan) O’Connor, Tim (Pamela) O’Connor, Robert (Lorraine) Schoch, Jeff (Heather) Schoch and Ricky Schoch; and numerous nieces and nephews.
To know Lorene was to love her. She lived her life of 58 years her way, be it good or bad, she always put her kids and grandkids first before herself no matter how good or bad she was feeling.
The Family will receive guests Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. at Newcomer SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, OH (419-381-1900). Funeral services will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
