Loraine (Feltner) Chewning

Loraine (Feltner) Chewning, age 68, of Toledo, passed away August 8, 2016 at University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born August 19, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan to Ray and Pauline (Braden) Feltner. Loraine enjoyed playing cards and was an avid Detroit Tiger Fan. The most important part of Loraine's life was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Loraine is survived by her children, Donald (Dana Blossom) R. Burnett, John (Lisa Allred) W. Chewning, Russell P. Chewning and Sonya (John Bolton) L. Foster; grandchildren, Adrian (Robby), John, Marcas, Alyssa (Felicia), Emily, Micheal, Ashlee and Katelynn; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Braxton; sister, Janet (George) Ulch and many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Loraine was preceded in death by her former husbands, Donald Burnett and John Chewning.
The family will receive guests Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 4:00 pm.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation in Loraine's memory.
