Lola Feher, age 88, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2006 in St. Charles Hospital. She was born September 12, 1917 to Johnny and Parrie Lee (Head) Mason in Davidsburg, Kentucky. She accepted Christ into her life at a young age. Lola was a friendly and caring person and made friends wherever she went. She made her home in several places over the years, some of which included Davidsburg and Middlesboro KY, Lambertville and Hillsdale, MI and Dayton, OH. While living in Toledo Lola was a member of VFW Post #606 Ladies Auxillary.
In addition to her parents, Lola was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen J. Feher; brother, Troy Mason and sister, Sarah Kincaid. Lola is survived by her loving sons, Johnnie Stephen (Pam) Feher of Toledo and Don (Carolyn) Anthony Feher of Sommerset, KY; daughter-in-law, Lois Feher, Owensboro KY; grandchildren, Donny (Nickie); Stephen (Angie); Johnny and Brandon; great grandchildren, Brent; Ashton and Cody; sisters, Anna Fuson of Middleboro, KY; Dora Steinburgge of Dayton, OH and Frances Waites of Sabina, OH and brother, Kenneth Mason of Laura Fork, KY and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
The family will receive guests Saturday from 10-11:00 a.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, Ohio (937-293-4141). Graveside Services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Byron Cemetery, Kettering, Ohio.
The family would like to thank Taneisha and Laurie from NRC for the loving care and support they provided for Lola.
