Lois A. Werr, age 68, of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the Franciscan Care Center. She was born on July 18, 1947 to Lowell and Florence (Pross) Whitt in Toledo. Lois was very talented and artistic. She also enjoyed doing home remodeling projects. Lois will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don "Bud" Werr; several brothers and sisters. Lois is survived by her loving children, Don (Terri) Werr, Tammy LeFevre and Corey (Joanna) Werr; grandchildren, Lauren (Joey), Sydney, Evan, Lisa (Stephanie), Brennen (Breanna), Brittany and Blake; siblings, Elaine Baker, Harry (Sandy) Whitt, Jerry (Jean) Whitt, and Lee (Barbara) Whitt; sisters-in-law, Thelma Miller and Marilyn (Tony) Laukaitis; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive guests on Monday from 4 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Jerry S. Craig. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider the family.
