Lloyd T. Beck

Lloyd T. Beck, age 80, of Toledo, OH, passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Mercy St. Anne's Hospital with loving family by his side. He was born on March 14, 1942 to Lloyd and Celina (Fisk) Beck in Teneck, New Jersey. Lloyd was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Lloyd was a heavy equipment operator at E.S. Wagner for 41 years before retiring. He was a member of the Joseph Diehn American Legion Post #468. Lloyd was a car enthusiast, loved old cars and attending car shows. He was an avid football fan, liked the Detroit Tigers, and the Michigan Wolverines. Lloyd and his wife enjoyed taking casino trips and he loved animals. He most importantly enjoyed any time spent with his family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lloyd's smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Beck. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 18 years, Sharon Beck; daughters, Shannon Beck and Kelly Beck; step-son, Jason (Barb) White; 4 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons; sister, Louise Ritter; brother-in-law, Bob (Linda) Adams; 1 niece, 2 nephews and many dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Memorial Services beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Lloyd was a blue jeans type of man, so they will be highly recommended for those attending!
