Lester C. Wright

Lester "Chuck" Wright, age 54, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, August 9th, 2009. He was born August 22, 1954 to Lester and Shirley Wright in Toledo. Lester was a big guy, but his heart was even bigger always willing to give even beyond his means. Lester loved his family and anyone he called a friend. He loved to joke and laugh but his true passion was fishing, always looking to catch "the big one".

Lester was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving family including his children, Philip A. Wright and Kasandra Wright; brothers, Alan R. Wright; Daniel (Becky) Wright and Terry (Julie) Wright; sisters, Denise (Charlie) Fox and Dawn (Ron) Hoobler; nieces and nephews, Jason; Brittney (and her son Dawson); Amanda Wright; Stacy Thornton (and her son Christopher); William and Justin Fox and special friend, Debra Dyer.

The family will receive guests Wednesday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Ridgewood Manor for the loving care he received while residing there and also Lester's good friend, Jack "Jay" Murphy for always looking out for him.
