Leslie Ross Dull, age 83, of Toledo, passed away peacefully the evening of August 11, 2018. Leslie was born November 10, 1934 in Grelton, Ohio to LeRoy and Marjory (Howe) Dull.
He followed his brothers Gilbert and Carl into the Military. He joined the United States Armed Forces at the age of 19 after working in the family Chevrolet Dealership. He was stationed in Germany for a few years, he then returned to the States where he met Marilyn Mills. They married in 1958 and had two wonderful children Sally and Kevin.
Les started a career as an Ohio Operating Engineer Mechanic for SE Johnson, where he retired. He was one of the first founding Engineer of Northwest Ohio Roadways.
He enjoyed snowmobiling in the Upper Peninsula and loved fishing. Les also enjoyed taking his Harley/BMW out on the road when he could.
Leslie was preceded in death by his loving parents LeRoy and Marjory; his Brothers Gilbert Dull, Carl Dull; Sisters, Katherine Bernath, and Ruth Whitman.
He will be greatly missed by his Daughter, Sally (Jack) Little; Son, Kevin (Denise) Dull, Grand-children, Travis, Trenton, Bailey, Dakota; Great-grandchildren, Aubriana, and Axel, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive guests for a Gathering on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 3:00 – 5:30 p.m. at Newcomer Southwest Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, OH 43614. A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:30 p.m. following the gathering time.
