Leroy P. Sengstock

Leroy P. Sengstock, age 69, of Maumee, Ohio passed away January 30, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was born May 1, 1947 in Toledo to Charles and Edna (Young) Sengstock. Leroy served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed with the Wabash Steel for more than 20 years.
Leroy is survived by his son, John P. (Wendy) Sengstock; sister, Sue Ann M. Helfers; grandchildren, Tabatha Paul and Brandon Bacome; brother-in-law, Russell E. Knoblauch; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Leroy was preceded in death by his siblings, Loyal, Lloyd, Melvin, Norman, Karl and Darlene.
The family will receive guests Friday, February 3, 2017 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to King of Glory Lutheran Church, 6517 Brint Road, Sylvania, OH 43560 in Leroy's memory.
