Leonard J. Stasko

Leonard J. "Lenny" Stasko, age 68, of Temperance, MI, passed away peacefully, Saturday, August 2, 2014 at the Toledo Hospital. He was born on December 21, 1945 to John and Bernice (Majka) Stasko in Detroit, Michigan. He was a veteran of the U.S Navy serving his country proudly. Lenny was employed with Chrysler for 30 years before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, boating, taking casino trips and his scratch offs. Lenny will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Lenny is survived by his "girlfriend-wife," Dorothy Rogers; sister, Elaine Steiger; many extended family members, nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive guests on Friday from 4 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
