Leo Rymers

Leo F. Rymers, age 67, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2008 surrounded by his loving family at The Toledo Hospital. Leo was born June 14, 1940 to Dean and Anna (Jeko) Rymers in Toledo. He was employed with Overnite Transportation, retiring after many years. Leo was a devoted member of Angels Landing Spiritual Center.

In addition to his parents, Leo was preceded in death by his sister, Mary "Sis" Walters; dear friends, Sonny Disher and Larry Oberheu; "Grandma" and Elinor Logan and canine companion, "Bubba". He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Gina (Logan) Rymers; son, Leo (Bonnie) Nighswander; daughters, Candy (Steve) White and Jaque (Rob) Ankenbrandt; grandchildren, Michael and Megan Nighswander; brothers, Delbert (Dorothy); Francis "Butch" (Judy); Joseph (Jennie); Dean; Eddie (Janet); Tom (Marie); sisters, Susan (Mike) Flynn and Kathy (Duane) Drouillard and many special nieces, nephews and dear friends.

The family will receive guests Tuesday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Gloria Moorehead. Interment will be at Otttawa Hills Memorial Park.
