Laura Lee Howard, age 63, of Maumee, passed away unexpectedly June 9, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 10, 1953 in Toledo to Byron and Elizabeth "Betty" (Scott) Howard. Laura enjoyed crocheting, knitting and loved spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.
Laura is survived by her siblings, Charlene Keifer, Richard Howard, Rebecca (David) Grochowski, James (Diane) Howard, Deborah (William) Burt, Mary Howard, Robert (Donna) Howard and Joyce (Greg) Shank; sisters-in-law, Jane Howard and Shelia Howard; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Laura was preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas and Jack Howard.
The family will receive guests at a Memorial Dinner to celebrate Laura's life, Monday, June 12, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Monclova Community Center, 8115 Monclova Road, Monclova, Ohio.
The family would like to thank the doctors and the nurses in the ICU at St. Luke's Hospital for their extraordinary care of Laura.
