Larry J. Warrener

Larry J. Warrener, age 81, of Toledo, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Flower Hospital after a brief illness. He was born on October 1, 1936 to John W. "Jack" and Mildred B. (Ramser) Warrener in Toledo. Larry served in the Army National Guard as a tank mechanic and retired from GM PowerTrain after 30 years of service in 1991. His passion was drag racing! Through the years he built and raced many cars. Larry was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indian's and The Ohio State Buckeye's. His family will remember him for his knowledge and hunger for history and the memories that were made around the race track.

Larry will live on in the hearts of his daughters, Kelly (Scott), Jenny (Kris) and Patty (Ron); nine grandchildren; two brothers, Doug (Gwen) and Rick and furry friend, Polo. He was preceded in death by his parents.

At Larry's request, there will be no service.
