Ladonna Pecsenye

LaDonna Mae Pecsenye, age 89, formerly of Point Place, died October 31, 2014. Donna was born October 18, 1925 in Toledo to Carl and Esther (Tesch) Brungard. She was employed with the First National Bank of Toledo (later Fifth Third) for about 30 years. Donna was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, past treasurer of the GAF Society, member of GBU District 510, GAF Society Retirees, Hungarian Club of Toledo, and a social member of the Teutonia Damenchor.

In addition to her parents, Donna was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Steven. She is survived by her sons Steven J. (Sylvia) and Timothy, grandchildren Magda and Steven M. (Amanda), and great-grandsons Robert and Thomas French.

The family will receive guests Monday, November 3, 2014 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - NW Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Guests will also be received on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church (4703 North Summit Street, Toledo) where funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
