I was born on December 31, 1969 to Douglas and Deborah Mason in Toledo, Ohio. Three year's later my brother, Jeff was born, little did I know he would become my Hero! I graduated in 1988 from Roger's High School in Toledo. I worked as an Office Manager for many years. I passed on March 10, 2025 at 4:40 a.m., from my two year battle with lung, liver, brain and thyroid cancer. I loved my music, my favorites were classic rock and 70s. Listening to my music was my way of relaxing. I also liked going to concerts. I saw Loverboy, Joan Jett, Heart, ELO ( Electric Light Orchestra), Alice Cooper and TSO (Transsiberan Orchestra). I loved watching suspense and thriller movies, true crime stories and all of the Taylor Sheridan series.I enjoyed my life and the people in it.I also liked being able to help others, three years in a row I was able to provide three different families with a full Thanksgiving dinner and last year I was able to help two different families with Christmas. I'm leaving behind my dog of 14 years, Jasmine, a rescue dog. Surviving me, the best mom I could have ever asked for, Deb Mason, my brother, my hero, Jeff Mason, my bestie of 50 years, Alicia Schermbeck, good friends for over 20 years, Missy and Jon Simon, my little 8 year old diva, Ivy Simon. Until we meet again! Preceded in death by my Dad, Douglas Mason, Gram, Virginia Ellison, Grandpa, James Eells, Aunt Linda Moore, Grandparents, Cecelia and Roy Mason.
A huge thank you to family friend, Jett Young, for helping care for me and a huge thank you to Hospice NWOH for your care.
Dear Heavenly Father, I'm sorry I'm sorry for the wrong things I have done, please forgive me. I believe your son died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead, and because of this I will enter into heaven when I die.
To honor Kristie's wishes, there will be no service.
