Kristen M. Gronau, age 41, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly January 8, 2023. She was born February 28, 1981, in Toledo to Gary and Joyce (Worley) Gronau.
Kristen is survived and will be deeply missed by her parents, Gary and Joyce Gronau; daughter, Andra Elliott; sister, Jennifer Kalisz; brother, Brian Gronau; nieces Kori, Brittney, and Layla; nephews Sean, Zach, and Riley; loving aunts, Jayne (Randy) Cloutier, Janet Winkle and Joan (Vic) DiJohn; and Alex Elliott. She is also survived by many loving cousins and extended family. Kristen was preceded in death by her sister-in-law and best friend Ashlee Gronau.
A Celebration of Kristen's life will be held Saturday, January 21, 11:30 a.m.- 3:00 p.m., service at noon, located at the Toledo Botanical Garden Crosby Conference Center 5403 Elmer Dr., Toledo, OH 43615. There is a parking area off Bancroft and off Elmer Drive.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Toledo Area Humane Society in Kristen's memory.
