Kirk Nelson Heineman
Kirk Nelson Heineman, 75 of Toledo, passed away Friday June 27, 2003 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Kirk was born March 15, 1928 to George and Dorothy (McGuckin) Heineman in Toledo. He was employed with the Toledo House of Correction for 28 years, retiring in 1985. Kirk was a U.S. Army Veteran and a Mason.
Kirk was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Edna of Toledo, sons: George Heineman of Atlanta, GA., Lewis (Denise) Heineman of Henderson, NV., and Eric Heineman of Toledo. Also surviving is his sister: Nancy (Robert) Roper of Los Alamitos, CA.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. at the Newcomer – Farley Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road at Talmadge (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 5240 Talmadge Road, at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
Memorial may be made to American Cancer Society.
