Kevin Sugg

Kevin Sugg, age 67, of Toledo, passed away at Flower Hospital on Friday evening, August 5, 2016 where his loving family was by his side. He was born on May 30, 1949 in Toledo to Irvin & Neva Sugg. A 1967 graduate of Bedford H.S., Kevin was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Air Force. For the past ten years, Kevin was employed for ProMedica Health Care as a courier. He was an avid Cleveland Browns, Indians, Michigan Wolverines and Central Catholic Fighting Irish fan. Kevin enjoyed bowling, golfing & coaching his children and other family members in numerous athletic activities. In his spare time he loved going to the casino with his wife, Barb. Kevin enjoyed spending time with his family and new grandson, Aden. He also enjoyed relaxing with his beloved furry companions, "Lofton" & "Leo".

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 29 years, Barbara Sugg; children, Adam (Kristi, Fiancee); Meghan; Nick; grandson, Aden; siblings, Ron (Pat); Larry (Barb); Rick (Nancy); Jim (Judy); Judy; numerous nieces, nephews and brother-in-law, Jim Bartok. Preceding him in death was his parents and brother, Darrell.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo, OH
(419-473-0300). A Scripture Service will be held on Wednesday at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Thursday, August 11, 2016 with prayers being recited at 9:00 am., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Gesu Roman Catholic Church, 2049 Parkside Blvd., Toledo, OH beginning at 10:00 am, with Fr. Marty Lukas, OSFS officiating. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
