Kenneth L. Cunningham

Kenneth L. "Ken" Cunningham, age 74, of Toledo, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at the Darlington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 28, 1938 to George and Norma (Taylor) Cunningham in Toledo. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving his country proudly. Ken owned and operated Ken-Mar Roofing for many years before retiring. He loved to fish and ride motorcycles. Ken was also a member of The Wheelers Motorcycle Club. He liked to vacation with his wife in Florida. Ken loved nothing more than the time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Allen and sister, Bonnie Stuart. Ken is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Mary Jane Cunningham; daughter, Colleen (Brian) Cannell; son-in-law, Robert Allen; grandchildren, Paul, Micheal, Danielle, Kelsey, Nicole, Hannah, Buddy and Marissa; brother, Gary (Mary) Cunningham; and many other relatives and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Friday from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
