Kenneth J. Fletcher

Kenny Fletcher, 65, opened up his angel wings as he flew up to Heaven on June 13, 2012.
After 30 years of service, Kenny retired from Champion Spark Plug and continued to drive trucks for several different companies. He devoted many years to coaching and supporting "his Northwood girls" in softball and volleyball. Kenny and his wife, Lori enjoyed their many trips to the Caribbean "with his toes in the water and his butt in the sand." Family Time was important to him; he especially enjoyed time spent with the grandkids.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Dolores and Jim McDougall. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife and soul mate of 12 years, Lori; daughters, Nichole (Russ) Wight and Mindi (Dave) Hazuda; sisters, Pat (Jeff) Hagen and Kathleen (John) Shaheen; grandchildren, Jenna, Rusty, Brendan, Troy, Leah and Bo; special mother-in-law, Lois Uhl and many other loving family members and dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 1-3:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). A Celebration of Life will begin at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: The Lustgarten Foundation, 1111 Stewart Avenue, Bethpage, NY 11714 to assist with Pancreatic Cancer Research.
