Kenneth E. Preston

Kenneth E. Preston, age 83, of Maumee, Ohio passed away May 20, 2016 at his home. He was born June 17, 1932 in Monclova, Ohio to Sheldon and Yvonne (Lavalette) Preston. Ken was a paratrooper with the U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean War. He retired from Roadway Trucking after many years. Ken was a life-member of the Maumee Elks, Maumee Eagles and the American Legion.
Ken is survived by his wife, Marjorie Preston; step-children, Timothy (Kelly) Dinkens, Kelly (Garry) Reed and Randy (Mary Schuchard) Dinkens; brother, Wayne Preston and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive guests Tuesday, May 24, 2016 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900).
