Kathleen M. Korcsog

Kathleen M. "Kay" Korcsog, age 90, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. She was born on April 14, 1922 to Arthur and Catherine (Webber) Salmon in London, England. Kay was one of three children. She married John Korcsog on October 13, 1945 and he passed away in 1981. Kay enjoyed knitting, sewing and painting. She loved nothing more than the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. Kay will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents and husband, John, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jim and Arthur Salmon. Kay is survived by her loving daughters, Valerie (Marc) Blostein, Pam (Bob) Lee and Debbie (Richard Rau) Huffman; grandchildren, Jason (Julie), Aaron (Jennefer), Jodie (Chris), Cory (Coleen), Courtney (Roy), Devon, Nikki (Justin) and Shannon (Craig); great-grandchildren, Morgan, Jordan, Raegan, Carson and Carter; and 2 nephews and 1 cousin in England.

The Funeral Services for Kay will be private, per her wishes. The Newcomer Funeral Home (419-381-1900) assisted the family with arrangements.
