Kathleen "Kay" passed away peacefully with her son Scott at her side on November 30, 2022. Kay was born on February 6, 1939 in Dowagiac, Michigan to Ann Loupee Miller and Richard J. Miller. She graduated from DeVilbiss High School and the University of Toledo with a degree in chemistry. Kay was a devoted member of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women and loved playing bridge with her Pi Phi sisters for decades. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Richard "Dick" Grewe. She and Dick were dedicated Whitmer High School and University of Toledo football fans. When the Ohio State / Michigan game was on, she always rooted for the maize and blue.

Kay is survived by daughter, Carol (John) Thaler; sons, Scott and John (Jodi) Grewe; grandchildren, Lauren (Noah) Agne, Jeff Thaler, Chloe Grewe, Jason Grewe and great-grandson, Parker Agne.

The family will hold a private ceremony. Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with professional services.

Memorial gifts can be made to Hope Lutheran Church of Ottawa Hills, Ohio or Pi Beta Phi at the University of Toledo.
