, of Tellico Village in Loudon, Tennessee, formerly of Toledo and Millbury OH, passed away Friday, January 28, 2005 at her home in TN. She was born August 5, 1938 to Albert and Helen (Idzkowski) Michalak in Toledo. Katherine was formerly employed with the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station in Port Clinton Ohio as a Nuclear Security Guard.
She was a member St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Lenoir City, TN. As well as a member of the Tellico Village Polish Heritage Club.
Katherine was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Helen (Idzkowski) Michalak and son Christopher Jazwiecki. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, David Jazwiecki; children Terry Skiba of Perrysburg; Gene (Deb) Belinske, Jr. of FL; Linda Belinske of FL and Diane (Jay) Faris of Oregon, OH; grandchildren Kristy Weaver, Kelly Skiba, Dalton Belinske and Grayden Faris.
The family will receive guests Tuesday from 2-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Catherine Church, 4555 North Haven Ave. Officiating will be Fr. Gary Walters. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
The family requests that memorials be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation, Inc. or The American Parkinson's Disease Association, Inc.
