Karen Sue Shook, age 74, of Maumee, passed away May 3, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 12, 1948 in Toledo to Wesley and Mildred (Schermbeck) Harding. Karen will be most remembered by the love she gave to her grandchildren and family.
In addition to her parents, Karen was also preceded in death by her siblings, Judy, Joyce and Kenny. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Fred Shook; sons, Brian (Julie), Jason and Matthew (Renee); grandchildren, Kayla, Andrew and Jackson Shook; siblings, James (Carole) Harding, Darryl (Shirley) Harding, Darlene (Mike) Hall, Carl Harding and Keith Harding; many nieces and nephews; canine companion "Ted-e Bear," and feline companion, "Zoe."
The Family will celebrate Karen's life privately.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospitals in Karen's memory.
