Judy A. Meyer

Judy A. Meyer age 82 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on February 8, 2025, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Sylvania. She was born in Lima, OH on June 23, 1942, to Robert and Betty (Beaupry) Jones. 

Judy was employed in banking for many years and eventually worked as the manager at Pat Catan’s Arts and Crafts in Sandusky, OH. In the 1970’s, she was an officer with the American Business Woman’s Association (ABWA). Judy was an avid bowler and loved her birds. She especially enjoyed her monthly “Sisters Weekends” spent crafting, eating, laughing and reminiscing with each other. The sisters’ families would receive the benefits of their craft sessions throughout the year and at Christmas.

Surviving are her children, Dawn (Robert) Zoll and David A. (Grace) Meyer Jr.; grandsons, Brian (Brittany) and Dylan (Jessica); great-grandchildren, Reagan and Owen; son in-law, David Zielinski; sisters, Diane (Dave) Jordan and Sherry (Doug) Childs; sister in-law, Pam Jones; brother in-law, Tim Dunn and aunt, Carol (Ron) Kekes. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David A, Meyer Sr.; daughter, Dee Zielinski; grandson, Dustin Zoll; brother Mike Jones and sister, Vicki Dunn.

Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 1:00-5:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd. Perrysburg, OH 43551.
