Judith A. Gillis

Judith A. "Judy" Gillis, age 66, of Toledo, passed away on July 27, 2017 at The Laurels of Toledo. She was born on December 29, 1950 to Albert and Dorothy (Olsen) Gillis in Toledo. Judy had a big heart for her entire community here in Toledo and she enjoyed working at Lott Industries for many years. Judy will be remembered for her outgoing personality, being around people and living life to its fullest whether it be by shopping, her love for traveling and going to dinner and movies. She especially had a special bond with her only sister, Ellen.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Ellen Gillis; her family at R.M.S. of Ohio and the Lucas County Board of D.D. as well as many friends at Lott Industries. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside Service will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to meet at the front gates at 12:45 p.m. of Historic Woodlawn Cemetery (Central Ave. and Auburn Ave.)

A Celebration of Judy's Life will be held on Monday, August 14, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Great Room of Lucas County Board of D.D., 1155 Larc Lane, Toledo, OH 43614.
