Juanita is survived by 3 children, Terry and Sandy Schultz, Lisa and Alan Burke and Jeff and Sheri Schultz; 7 grandchildren, Christie, Brad, Megan, James, Amanda, Tami and Alexis also survived by siblings Dean and Bill; 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents William and Thelma McKown, brothers, Dana, Fred, Poe, Brant and Bob; sisters, Bonnie and Merle; and Juanita's precious granddaughter Kristin Schultz.
Juanita worked in the Health industry all her life finally retiring at 77 years old. Nursing was Juanita's passion and yes she was a horrible patient, of course.
Juanita was known as a Mom, Grandma Mae and Aunt Mae.
The family will receive guests Friday, July 22, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will be held Friday at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to any homeless shelters or the Dementia Foundation in Juanita's memory.
