Juanita Johnson

January 27, 1926 — January 5, 2015

On January 5th 2015 in Toledo, Ohio Juanita was peacefully called home by her lord and savior. Juanita was born in Midway, Florida to the late Dave and Laura Robinson. She was the youngest of 3 children, pre deceased by sisters Evelyn Brown (Philadelphia, Pa.) and oldest sister Emma Baty (Omaha Nebraska).

She was affectionately known as "Big Juanita" to her niece and nephews, Clarence Zanders (Omaha), late Donald Brown (Philadelphia), Willie Brown (Philadelphia), Juanita Mouzon (Philadelphia), late Ronald Coleman Brown (Philadelphia), late Cornelius Brown (Philadelphia), Reverend David Brown (Del-air, NJ), Glenn Brown (Orlando, Florida).

Juanita attended Albright College in Omaha Nebraska where she studied to become a beautician. She also had a passion for cooking & would later own a beautician shop as well as restaurant.

Juanita would later settle in Toledo Ohio where she married Jessie Gibson and later Charles Johnson. She was a faithful and longtime member or Southern Missionary Baptist Church in Toledo. Juanita spent her final days peacefully at the Arbors at Sylvania Nursing Home in Toledo, Ohio.

Our Aunt "Big Juanita" was dearly loved and will be truly missed!
