Juana Che Mclennan

Juana Che McLennan, age 51, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio with loving family by her side. She was born on December 20, 1970 to Cecilio and Elia (Caro) Hernandez in Toledo. Juana graduated in 1989 from Libbey High School. Shortly after she married her soul mate, Albert McLennan on May 2, 1992. Juana had a love of iced coffee, doing crafts and making wreaths and doing her make-up. She enjoyed shopping around town with her best friend, Linda. Juana loved nothing more than her family, especially spending time with her husband, dad, daughter and adoring grandson. Her entire family was the light of her life! Juana's smile, spirit and caring nature will deeply be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Markus Antonio. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 32 years, Bert McLennan; daughter, Carmen McLennan; grandsons, Cruz Caballero, Thomas Rodriguez, and Malik Cash Jr.; father, Cecilio Hernandez; best friend, Linda (Kristyn) Crawford-Sams; godchildren, Elia Porras, Oscar Porras Jr., Karina Porras, Heaven Sams, Joshua Sams, Alejandra Ordonez, Zachary Garcia, Bryan Davis and many other loved ones and dear friends.

A Celebration of Life honoring Juana will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at Park United Church of Christ, 1456 Harvard Blvd., Toledo, OH 43614 with an Ashes Blessing Ceremony beforehand at 4:30 p.m. in church.
