Juana Gutierrez

Juana Gutierrez, age 84, of Temperance, Michigan, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2007 in Lake Park Comfort Care. She was born November 26, 1922 to Natividad and Eudocia (Barrientos) Billegas in Texas. Juana enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Juana was preceded in death by her husband, Dionisio Gutierrez; brothers, Antonio; Domingo and Martin Billegas; grandson, Danny Christopher Gutierrez; great grandchildren, Jonnathan Anthony Gutierrez and Kaitlynn Mikolajczyk and 2 infant sons. She is survived by her loving sons, Sammy (Mary) Gutierrez of Temperance and Dionicio (Elaine) Gutierrez, Jr. of Toledo; grandchildren, Christina (Matthew) Mikolajczyk; Sammy (Suzie) Gutierrez, II; Jonnathan (Jeannette) Gutierrez; Tracey (Alonzo) Archibeque; Anthony (Janelle) Archibeque; Tonya Colbert and Miguel Lerma; great grandchildren, Cierra; Anthony and Kayleigh Mikolajczyk; Jade Gutierrez; Abigail Archibeque; Vincent and Daniel Barboza; Anthony and Nathaniel Archibeque; Alexandro and Anjel Lerma and Royce and Jasmine Colbert; great-great grandson, Felipe Garcia; siblings, Victoria Montoya; Escolastica Ramirez; Eulalia (Don) Lazano and Antonio Billegas. Juana is also survived by many other beloved family members and dear friends. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

The family will receive guests Sunday from 2-8:00 pm. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). A Rosary will be recited Sunday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will begin Monday at 9:00 a.m. in the funeral home followed by Graveside Services at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Church Cemetery, Erie, Michigan.
