Joyce (Paquin) Hackworth

Joyce (Paquin) Hackworth, age 62, of Toledo, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 22, 1952 to Fred and Betty (Lavoy) Surprise in Toledo. Joyce worked at Churchill's for many years, and was very proud of that. She loved to travel, especially to Hawaii, she enjoyed music, dancing, concerts and spending time with friends and family. Joyce will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Keith Hackworth; children, Greg Paquin and Nicole (Tim) Zbikowski; step-children, Lisa Oswald, Johann Oswald, Herrick (Jodi) Oswald, Lauren Hackworth and Erica (Jesse Cumpian) Hackworth; grandchildren, Jodi, Tricia, Brooke, Alicia, Kennedy, Trent, Bria, Taryn, Dallas, Jasmine, Santana and Angel; sisters, Sharon Monaghan, Ruth Doyle and Karen Kaiser; mother-in-law, Jackie Hackworth; sister-in-law, Becky French; best friend and caregiver, Carol McDaniel; and many other family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive guests on Sunday from 2 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
