Joseph Hudak

Joseph J. Hudak, age 94, of Toledo, passed away March 6, 2015 at Ebeid Hospice Residence. Joseph was born January 30, 1921 in Lucerne Mines, PA to Joseph and Margaret (Bankosh) Hudak. Joseph proudly served his country during WWII in the Marines Corps. He was employed with the DuPont Corporation for more than 37 years before retiring in 1982. Joseph was a member of Shelton Park Church of God and the American Legion.

In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his sisters Margaret and Velma. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Ardis Hudak, son Joseph, daughter Bonita (Alan) Ashby, son Jeffrey (Patricia), brothers John and James, and his sister Olga.

The family will receive guests Friday, March 13, 2015 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 11:30 am. in the funeral home followed by burial at Maplewood Cemetery.
