Joseph Feustle, Jr.

Joseph A. Feustle, Jr. age 79, of Toledo, OH passed away August 7, 2022 at Ebeid Hospice Residence. He was born November 25, 1942 in Baltimore County, MD to Joseph A. Feustle, Sr. and Mary Louise Feustle.
He earned a bachelor's degree in political science at the University of Maryland College Park, and continued with graduate studies, earning a master's degree and Ph.D. in Spanish and Latin American literature. He joined the faculty of the University of Toledo in 1971, where he remained until his retirement in 2007.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Johanna G. Feustle, daughter, Maristella J. Feustle, sister-in-law Esther R. Peery, cousins Stuart and Mark Wilson, nieces, and one nephew.
His funeral services will be private.
